Conditions of Use

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and fbajia (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with fbajia, including account creation, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, use of promotional offers, and all interactions with our customer support team.

fbajia is an internationally operated online gaming platform that offers its services to eligible adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing any part of the fbajia website, creating an account, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fbajia platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. fbajia reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time; the current version is always accessible on this page with the effective date clearly noted.

Gambling involves financial risk. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to you or those around you, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team immediately for assistance.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to the fbajia Platform and participation in any real-money wagering activity is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period their Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fbajia maintains a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players under 18 must not attempt to access, register on, or use the fbajia Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and where you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of such activity in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of fbajia, its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners, unless such participation is explicitly permitted in writing by fbajia management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the fbajia Platform, and your Account has not been permanently closed by fbajia for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.

fbajia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your use of the Platform, including at Account creation, before processing any Withdrawal, or following any Account activity that triggers our internal review procedures. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

If it is found at any time that a Player has provided false information regarding their age during registration, fbajia will immediately close the Account, void all Wagers placed during the period of underage use, and return the original Deposit amount (excluding any Bonus Funds claimed) subject to successful identity verification. fbajia cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of underage gambling identified on its Platform.

Each eligible individual may hold one single Account on the fbajia Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If multiple Accounts are detected, fbajia reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending Withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held across those Accounts.

During the registration process you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious identity during registration. All information provided must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — your username and password. fbajia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify the fbajia support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. fbajia accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must keep the contact information associated with your Account up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, you must update your Account details promptly. fbajia relies on the contact information held on your Account for security alerts, Withdrawal confirmations, and important platform notifications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay the processing of Withdrawals and other Account actions.

All financial transactions on the fbajia Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbajia supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum single Deposit is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by fbajia, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your fbajia Account balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to reflect, depending on your bank's processing speed.

Withdrawals: The minimum single Withdrawal is ৳500. All Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If you have not yet completed KYC, your first Withdrawal request will trigger the identity verification process, which you must complete before funds are released. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to three hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer Withdrawals are typically completed within three to six hours during BST business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or public holidays.

Payment method consistency: fbajia applies a withdrawal-to-deposit matching policy. Where possible, Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding Deposit. If the original Deposit method cannot receive the Withdrawal (for technical or regulatory reasons), fbajia will contact you via your registered mobile number to agree on an alternative verified method.

Transaction fees: fbajia does not charge any fees on standard Deposits or Withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. fbajia is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Suspicious transactions: fbajia monitors all financial activity on the Platform for signs of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Any transaction that triggers our risk assessment systems may be delayed, suspended, or escalated for further review. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation, including providing source-of-funds documentation upon request.

fbajia offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal bonuses tied to key dates in the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All active promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the fbajia promotions page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for Withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer terms at the time you opt in to a promotion. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds and/or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual offer — certain game categories (for example, live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion.

Bonus abuse: fbajia reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using different Accounts, placing Wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game participation intent, exploiting promotional terms in a manner that was clearly not intended by fbajia, or colluding with other Players to systematically extract bonus value.

Bonus expiry: All Bonus Funds have an expiry period that will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds that are not wagered through the required number of times before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. fbajia does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

One bonus per household: Only one Account per household (same IP address, device fingerprint, or physical address) is eligible to claim a single-player welcome bonus. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses across multiple Accounts associated with the same household will be treated as multi-Account activity under Section 3 of this Agreement.

fbajia is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Cheating and collusion: Any form of cheating, chip dumping, match-fixing, collusion with other Players or with fbajia employees, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through any means whatsoever.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that places Wagers or interacts with the Platform without direct human input in real time.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks via your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been successfully deposited and used on the Platform. fbajia will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to refer such cases to relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Money laundering: Using the fbajia Platform to launder funds of any origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting any software bug, error, or malfunction on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Using the live chat, email, or any other communication channel provided by fbajia to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate fbajia staff or other Players.

All casino games on the fbajia Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from audited software providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by any party, including fbajia itself. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino titles are as published by the respective software providers.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your fbajia Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your Account is closed, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for one week, one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account cannot be reactivated regardless of any subsequent requests. fbajia honours all self-exclusion requests without exception. fbajia-initiated suspension: fbajia reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, identifies unusual account activity, requires additional KYC documentation, or is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. During a suspension period, Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. fbajia will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected review timeline.

fbajia-initiated permanent closure: fbajia may permanently close your Account without notice if it determines that you have materially breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, provided false identity information, or are found to be under the age of 18. In cases of confirmed fraud or financial crime, fbajia reserves the right to withhold your Account balance pending investigation and legal resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and software providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the fbajia Platform, including but not limited to: financial losses incurred through gambling, loss of data, service interruptions, delays in payment processing, or any technical malfunction outside fbajia's reasonable control.

Platform availability: fbajia makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform in a continuously available and error-free state. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or events outside our control (including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by third-party service providers) may cause temporary unavailability. fbajia will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Third-party services: The fbajia Platform integrates with third-party software providers (game studios), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners), and other service vendors. fbajia is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties, including payment processing delays, game software errors originating from the provider's systems, or temporary unavailability of a third-party payment gateway.

Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fbajia is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. fbajia's internal complaints procedure is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any individual promotion terms accepted by you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and fbajia in relation to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or other agreements whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments: fbajia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
